What Will You Do:

  • Work closely with product manager, tech team and others stakeholder.
  • Planning project management, including prioritizing projects, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigned team member to various deliverables

People And Development

We are looking for:

  • Minimal bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology / Management SDM / Law
  • Age 28 – 32 years old
  • At least 5 years above of experience in a related position.
  • Preferred candidates have experience working in a tech or start up company.

What you will do

  • Responsible to develops programs to build human capital and a strong development culture to align with business goals
  • Lead and manage the human resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management, and daily activities in the HR department
  • Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary
  • Create communication of business performance, company policy, and HR issue to employees

Qualifications:
